Plastic suspend packing ( Cage Ball)
Bio ball is also called Poriferous ball-shaped suspend packing, which was concentrated two technologies’ advantage, that is wastewater treatment and Bio-film reactor. Outer structure is two net-shaped sphere. Inner structure is revolving fans.
This packing can be used for a variety of horizontal acid tanks and condensate and desalting water tanks in water treatment. It reduces the heat loss in large extent and the pollution of dioxide carbon and oxygen to water in acid mist and aire.
It is also widely used for stripping,washing and absorbing in the packing tower in petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkaki, gas and environmental industries.
Operation Temperature: 60-150 degree centigrade
Specifications of Plastic suspend packing ( Cage Ball):
Plastic tower packing can be made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinyiidene fluoride (PVDF) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The temperature in media ranges from 60 Degree C to 280 Degree C
