Shipping Costs
We strive to offer customers the best shipping prices for signage. We use UPS, FedEx, and ground carriers for large projects. Quotes are based on estimated box/crate size and weight. Exact costs are known after packaging. FedEx and UPS levy extra fees for wide/long boxes. We aim to provide accurate shipping costs but will notify of any differences. Second-day and overnight quotes are post-packaging. With fuel price hikes, rates have risen. For international shipping, we seek cost-effective options, often finding USPS best. Overseas shipping costs can vary; any extras will be charged with proof, and no fees for related admin tasks.
Manufacturing Delays
There are occasions when there are manufacturing delays (caused by excessive amount of orders, machinery breakdowns, etc.) When these occur (which isn’t often) we do everything in our power to let you know what is happening with your project and when it will ship.
