Arc-shaped Plastic Super Saddle Ring
Plastic super saddle ring is also called super saddle ring, plastic super intalox saddle. Its shape is similar to the saddle. This product is improved on the basis of plastic intalox saddle. It changes the latter’s smooth edge into corrugated edge. This design enlarges the voids among the random packings and improves the gas-liquid distribution in the packed layers.
Besides, plastic super intalox saddle adds many small openings on its arc-shaped surface. This not only promotes the inside and outside air circulation but also increases the free passages of the fluid.
Specifications of Arc-shaped Plastic Super Saddle Ring for Drying Towers:
Compared with plastic raschig ring, plastic super saddle ring has higher strength and better mass transfer performance. It has longer liquid hold-up and residence time than the plastic intalox saddle. Therefore, plastic super saddle ring has better separation effect and higher mass transfer efficiency.
It is suitable for demethanization, sulphuric acid production, dewaxed oil extraction purification and phthalic anhydride refining.
